Hue is a Tektronix Phaser 780 Plus color laser printer, located in 317 Earth & Engineering Sciences Building. It is cabable of printing to a variety of media ranging in size from envelope through 13 by 19 inches. This printer is equipped with the optional lower tray assembly.
A record of your printouts is automatically logged. You will be billed periodically. It is the user's repsonsibility to identify the budgets to which the printouts will be charged. Please review your Usage Statistics on a regular basis.

Download this software pack from Tektronix. Move the file TKP780P1.PPD into System Folder:Extensions:Printer Descriptions. From the Chooser, select either LaserWriter 8 or AdobePS from the list of Printer Drivers and select Hue from the list of available printers. If you have Adobe Photoshop, you can also use the PhaserPrint plug-in by moving it to the Plug-ins Folder inside your Adoe Photoshop folder.
Download this software pack. Go to StartMenu:Settings:Printers:New Printer. This will guide you through the steps of adding a printer to your system. Ensure that you have selected a network printer, then choose Hue from the network map. The driver for the printer is located in the software pack you just downloaded. Configure the printer to use this driver by editing the properties of the printer, after it has been created.
