The system administration staff's offices are located on the third floor of the Earth & Engineering Sciences building on the west campus.

The Earth & Engineering Sciences building is listed as building number 44 on the far left-hand side of the main campus visitor's map.

There are a few different email addresses you can use to get computing help, depending on the topic:

sysadmin@essc.psu.edu: General questions, questions relating to the Sun workstations.
crayadmin@essc.psu.edu: questions relating to the ECF Cray.
spadmin@essc.psu.edu: questions relating to the ECF's IBM RS/6000 SP.
modeladmin@essc.psu.edu: questions relating to modelling.

Email to these addresses will receive an ID number so that it can be tracked by trouble-request software. Please reply to the responses you receive, rather than sending a new email, so that a new request isn't created for each reply.
